                  欧盟委员会：采纳中小企业可持续发展报告标准
                  7月30日，欧盟委员会通过《中小企业自愿标准 》（VSME），为未纳入《企业可持续报告质量》（CSRD）强制范围的中小企业提供了一套统一、可比且简化的ESG披露框架。标准由EFRAG制定，分为涵盖碳排放与反腐等11项关键指标的“基本模块”，及包括范围三、减排目标与气候风险等披露内容的“综合模块”。该标准旨在减少中小企业因应大型企业和金融机构问卷调查带来的信息不对称和行政负担，同时作为中小企业价值链信息披露的合理上限。

                  近日，江苏省生态环境厅印发《进一步促进民营经济绿色发展的若干措施》。《措施》提出，组织开展光伏、锂电池、新能源车等重点出口行业应对全球碳定价能力建设培训。配合相关部门加快推进产品碳足迹管理体系建设，在受绿色贸易政策影响较大的行业率先开展碳足迹核算和认证。推动加大民营企业绿色金融政策支持力度，对开展环保专用设备更新改造、减污降碳协同控制的企业给予金融等政策支持。
                  广东省生态厅等部门：营造全社会参与的绿色外贸氛围，打造中国产品的“绿色通行证”
