          今年4月，中国纺织工业联合会、世界布商大会组委会联合编著的《2024世界纺织行业趋势展望》报告指出，全球纺织产业需要加快发展新质生产力，以实现高端化、智能化、绿色化和融合化方向的发展目标。可以看到，绿色化和融合化已成为纺织行业的关键议题。
          「从源头到货架」专栏第一期，乐天堂fun88采访了全球领先的可持续环保纱线企业UPW集团副总经理 Vincent Chu，以实际案例讲述UPW独特的可持续发展模式。
          01  UPW的低碳绿色变革之路
          近年来，通过技术创新，如无水染色技术、再生纤维的利用、碳纤维材料等，纺织业进入绿色低碳发展新阶段。
          在纺织产业链上游，UPW作为全球领先的可持续环保纱线企业，率先在“可持续时尚”领域开启了布局。
          回顾可持续的变革历程，Vincent Chu讲述了UPW如何在绿色转型升级中实现了清洁能源生产、可持续材料、绿色产品认证等方面的创新。
          大概从十多年前开始，UPW通过将天然气作为主要能源、回收电能、使用光伏能源等方式，减去了大量的温室气体排放；同时，在生产环节，UPW采购的原材料都经过了第三方国际认证机构的认证。
          UPW积极研发低碳系列产品，为下游的服装品牌企业的减碳提供了可靠可信的选择，从原材料采购阶段，就开始减碳行动，为成品商品的碳中和认证提供了有利条件。
          为了将可持续理念更好地传达给下游品牌企业和消费者，2021年始，UPW积极展开了产品从摇篮到大门的碳排放核算核查，并设定了「2050年前实现净零排放」的可持续发展目标。
          在践行可持续发展的过程中，UPW以不同的阶段性目标的作为支持，以此作为实现净零排放的重要计划。其中，碳足迹认证便是UPW实现净零排放的第一步。  
          2022年至今，UPW已经陆续完成10款核心纱线的碳排放核算核查，及其中6款的碳中和认证。
          这一核查由国际权威核查机构TÜV南德依据标准ISO 14067:2018进行，流程涵盖纱线产品的生命周期系统边界，即从原料获取与加工阶段至产品分销销售阶段产生的温室气体排放量。在经过一系列严格核验后，十款纱线产品均由TÜV南德确认顺利通过标准认定，获得碳足迹认证。
          谈到这一系列行动为企业带来的积极意义和价值，Vincent认为：“首先乐天堂fun88知道自己做得好的地方、做得不好的地方，然后才可以一步一步地去优化和改善碳足迹。在这个过程里面，乐天堂fun88觉得最重要的可能是「真实」。”
          PART 02 数字化融合创新，将可持续动力传递至产业链和市场
          为什么很多品牌不太愿意去推动可持续的事情？其实是因为可持续的范围太大，内容也有点复杂。
          “UPW作为供应商，很注重传播。乐天堂fun88帮品牌去把关可持续的传播，希望通过乐天堂fun88可以给到品牌很多营销的支持。”
          2023年，UPW推出了BEST可持续产品溯源综合方案，这一可追溯性解决方案覆盖了产品生产的整个环节，通过区块链溯源管理、品牌联名吊牌的路径，致力于实现纱线产品供应链的透明化，使供应链相关企业有更明确和更负责任的原则，同时兼顾满足消费者对可持续环保产品的溯源期望。   
          在BEST溯源方案中，产品原材料、纱线、服装制作、品牌信息、第三方认证和可持续卖点等信息被放入吊牌二维码，消费者可以扫描吊牌二维码，便捷地了解到衣服背后的可持续低碳故事。
          Vincent表示，UPW希望运用区块链等新兴的数字科技，在品牌与消费者之间建立友好、简单的沟通机制。
          使用区块链技术对纱线产品进行供应链溯源追踪的背后，是UPW对消费者关于产品「可追溯」的需求洞察。“乐天堂fun88观察到消费心态的改变，现在消费者相对比较理性，想了解购买东西的来源，了解产品背后的故事。”Vincent认为，“产品「可追溯」将是未来纺织行业可持续时尚的重要方向之一，也是UPW接下来想要突破的一个重点。”
          「可追溯」从源头开始为产品带来更高的透明度，使供应链相关的企业都能够在每一个环节去推行可持续的做法，品牌也能更好传递符合可持续性的产品故事。
          目前，UPW完成的10款核心纱线的碳足迹认证和其中6款的碳中和认证信息，均可在国际纺织服装双碳信息披露平台查询，彰显「可追溯」的价值。   
          可以看到，在推动绿色未来赋能方面，UPW不仅关注传统的纺织技术，还积极探索利用新兴数字技术，进行数字化融合创新，推动产业链的可持续发展。
          PART 03 UPW的长期之旅
          为何UPW可以在纺织行业可持续材料领域保持领先地位？早布局是关键的一步。UPW在十多年前便积极行动应对气候问题，主动降低碳排放。
          2023年，UPW凭借在纺织行业可持续发展及碳减排方面的领头地位，成为由中国技术经济学会批准《纺织企业碳中和实施与报告要求》的标准起草单位，更是其中唯一一家参与标准起草的毛纺企业，UPW在纺织行业的可持续实践获得了业界的高度认可。
          Vincent提到：“对乐天堂fun88来说，可持续发展的愿景，起码是20到30年的旅程。乐天堂fun88希望通过这个旅程，可以有更好的改变。”
          在可持续领域十多年的坚持，体现了UPW的长期主义，也助力UPW在纺织产业链中成功打造了品牌和IP。   
          总结UPW打造品牌的经验，Vincent认为最重要的是「坚持」：“乐天堂fun88坚持了好几年之后，慢慢也感觉到比较大的改变，就是市场越来越对这件事情重视，越来越接受这件事情。所以有一些几年前乐天堂fun88做过失败的东西，拿出来再用就成功了。但是其实乐天堂fun88也没有改变什么，只不过是坚持。”
          “这只是一个开始。”谈及未来的计划，Vincent的回答坚持着UPW的长期主义，“从乐天堂fun88供应商的角度，乐天堂fun88总结了很多不同国家、不同品牌的要求和经验，也丰富了乐天堂fun88在可持续方面的专业认知。所以乐天堂fun88也希望通过乐天堂fun88的经验，去可以给到更好、更环保、更满足客户可持续需求的产品，慢慢去影响到行业的发展。”   
           
          PART 04 结语
