有限公司四方（以下简称“四方”）正式签订《碳金融创新合作备忘录》，将秉承“资源共享、优势互补、协同发展、合作共赢”的原则，充分利用多方的技术资源和服务优势，积极探索创新碳金融产品，助力中国企业绿色低碳转型，切实促进碳交易市场发展。

                        在备忘录框架下，四方将在全国碳排放权交易市场、自愿减排碳市场、国际贸易低碳合规等领域充分发挥各自在行业资源、绿色资金、数字化技术和服务等方面的优势，在深化已有合作的基础上，优先赋能上海域内中国机电商会会员单位低碳转型，推动“数字科技+绿色低碳”复合式创新碳金融服务模式和实践落地，将成功合作模式辐射至全国范围的企业，为有需求的各行业、各类型企业提供低碳转型资源、资金和技术支持，为我国碳市场建设贡献力量。
                        此次《碳金融创新合作备忘录》的签订，是推动中国企业绿色低碳转型和促进碳交易市场发展的重要里程碑，四方将以此为起点，不断创新和探索碳金融服务模式，积极参与我国碳市场建设，为全球应对气候变化贡献中国力量。
