                  蒋宏飞副主任指出，宝山区正积极响应国家“双碳”战略，积极落实上海市人民政府办公厅印发的《上海市加快建立产品碳足迹管理体系打造绿色低碳供应链的行动方案》，助力企业加快打造绿色低碳供应链，为实现我国碳达峰碳中和目标提供支撑。

                  近年来，在上海市相关部门的支持指导下，宝山致力于打造绿色低碳供应链体系、建设全市绿色低碳转型样板区。2024年4月，宝山区建立了“绿色低碳供应链公共服务平台”，并联合钢铁、化工、汽车、电子、船舶、航空、海运、电气装备、电力、通信、生物医药、先进材料、机器人及智能制造、新一代信息技术等重点产业、行业的领军企业，组建了“CN100绿色低碳供应链链主联盟”，带动各行业及上下游供应链企业绿色低碳转型。
