          工信部：明确工业产品碳足迹核算规则标准的“路线图”
          11月11日，工业和信息化部印发发布《重点工业产品碳足迹核算规则标准编制指南》明确工业产品碳足迹核算规则标准的“路线图”。《指南》在工作目标中提出，逐步完善重点工业产品碳足迹核算方法规则和标准体系，推动建立符合国情实际的产品碳足迹管理体系，促进工业绿色低碳转型，助力经济高质量发展。到2027年制定出台200项重点工业产品碳足迹核算规则标准，应用场景得到显著拓展。
          两部门：推动建立交通物流领域碳资产管理和碳排放核算机制
          11月12日，交通运输部、国家发展和改革委员会两部门印发《交通物流降本提质增效行动计划》，提出了：推动建设一批公路服务区充电桩、换电站、充电停车位。加快提升港口、机场、物流园区等车船清洁化水平，加快水上运输装备大型化、标准化；深入开展城市公共领域车辆全面电动化试点；推动建立交通物流领域碳资产管理和碳排放核算机制等要点。

          英国：承诺到2035年将排放量减少80%以上
          11月12日，在COP29 气候会议上，英国首相凯尔·斯塔默公布了一项新的气候目标，承诺到2035年将英国温室气体 (GHG) 排放量在1990年的基础上减少81%。新的脱碳目标将构成《巴黎协定》下英国新的国家自主贡献（NDC），目前英国的NDC是到2030年实现排放量减少68%。
          ISO：发布新国际指南 支持组织应对ESG挑战
          11月14日，国际标准化组织（ISO）在COP29气候会议上发布新的国际指南IWA 48:2024。新指南旨在支持ESG绩效管理，改进现有披露框架下的衡量和报告，以实现全球ESG报告和实践的一致性、可比性和可靠性，通过与现有报告标准保持一致来促进互操作性，并促进全球一致性，以实现可持续发展工作的清晰沟通。

          11月14日，天津市生态环境局印发《天津市推进碳足迹管理体系建设实施方案（征求意见稿）》。《征求意见》提出，将组织开展重点行业产品碳足迹核算，引导企业加强碳足迹核算结果应用；推进产品碳标识认证和分级管理工作，按照国家产品碳足迹认证目录和实施规则，组织开展碳标识认证管理工作，鼓励企业参照相关标准和要求开展自身和供应链碳足迹评价、主动发布产品碳足迹核算结果与报告；鼓励国资企业加强供应链碳足迹管理，在产品碳足迹核算、认证和推广工 作中发挥带头作用等重点任务。
          深圳市生态环境局：到2025年，建设50个减污降碳协同控制标杆项目
          11月13日，深圳市生态环境局印发《深圳市减污降碳协同控制标杆项目建设实施方案》，项目建设包含大气环境治理领域、能源领域、农业领域等9类。其中，大气环境治理领域减污降碳协同控制标杆项目，要求园区或企业以单位工业增加值碳排放量和单位工业增加值大气污染物排放量稳步下降为主要目标，在保证工业企业或研发办公企业正常生产经营活动的前提下，建立污染物和碳排放统计、核算与考核制度，建立温室气体排放和污染物排放协同监测体系，推进园区和企业提升减污降碳协同控制水平。

          CDP：将加强与欧洲可持续发展报告标准的一致性
          11月12日，在COP29会议上，全球环境信息披露研究中心(CDP)与欧洲财务报告咨询组 (EFRAG) 共同宣布，CDP与EFRAG将在2025年进一步探讨加强与《欧洲可持续发展报告标准》（ESRS）的对齐工作，同时为市场提供基于ESRS的数据响应洞察。

          彪马：2030年将运营产生的温室气体排放量减少90%
